When can I expect delivery of my products?            
           You can expect to have your order processed and shipped within 24 hours during business days.  There are some occasions where OCB will require more lead time, however, as a valued customer; one of our dedicated representatives will inform you at the time your order is placed.        

What is the difference between saw cut and precision ground?            
           The difference between saw cut and precision ground blanks are saw cut blanks will be cut using a band saw and have a saw cut finish; while precision blanks will be machined using a grinder and will be completely smooth and flat, finished to a precision tolerance.

Can I pick my order up?
           Certainly, OCB is about 20 minutes east of Cleveland, Ohio in Willoughby, just let an OCB sales representative know that you will be picking up your order and you will receive a call once your order is ready.

           Ohio Carbon Blank is fit to manufacture a variety of different materials and applications.  Should you have a special order or quote, please contact OCB by phone, fax or email and an OCB representative will confirm if your project is suitable for OCB.  

I can’t remember who my sales representative is, who should I ask for or fax to?             
           OCB sales representatives do not work on commission and are more than happy to assist you with any questions, quotes or orders you may have.  If faxing an order or quote, simply address it to ‘sales’.
